Booking & Cancellation Policy

To hold your reservation, we require a valid credit card on file, even if you are a Gift Certificate or Gift Card recipient. We ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the full price of the services you booked. By booking with us, you agree to our spa policy.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with a product, we will gladly offer a refund on the product within 30 days of your purchase. There are no refunds on services.

Payments & Gratuities

For Services: We accept any major credit cards, Upper West Spa Gift Cards and Gift Certificates, and cash.

For Retail: We accept all payment methods mentioned above as well as your accumulated Loyalty Reward Points.

Loyalty Points can be used towards full price  skincare  products only. It can’t be combined with any promotion and does not apply to online purchases.

For Gratuity: While gratuity is optional, it is truly appreciated. We suggest using cash when possible. Although we can add gratuity to credit cards, there is a processing fee of 2.5% to your tip.

Mobile Devices

Upon entering the spa, we kindly ask clients to silence their mobile devices and refrain from making phone calls while on UWS premises. Taking photos or videos is prohibited to ensure the privacy of our guests.


If you are experiencing any medical conditions, please consult your doctor prior to your appointment. Before starting any treatment, please inform us of any existing or new medical conditions and medications. To ensure your safety and the safety of others, we reserve the right to cancel your service.

For your own protection, please leave your valuables at home. Upper West Spa is not responsible for any lost items.

Arrival and Lateness Policy

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment. We want our clients to have enough time to relax and fill out any necessary forms!

If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced. We always aim to accommodate our guests, but when we’re fully booked, we cannot extend treatment times for late arrivals.

Animal Policy

We love all animals, however we kindly ask that your pets stay at home.
